Terms of service

These terms cover SongMyGift, a one-time purchase of an original song and a hosted gift page, sold by Zavva Holdings, LLC, 515 North Flagler Drive, Suite 350, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, United States. Contact zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com. The site is aimed at a global, English-speaking audience. You must be 18 or older to pay.

The product

You submit a short story. After payment of US$9.99 (tax may be added at checkout), we generate lyrics and music with AI and host a gift page with a player, the lyrics, and your note. Quality varies. The song can be uneven, cheesy, or a poor musical fit. One new version is included per order. We do not promise a human songwriter, a particular voice, or delivery by a holiday or any other date.

We do not clone real artists' voices or write “in the style of” a named singer. Requests like that are refused. The gift page says the song was made with AI.

Payment

When payments are live, checkout is provided by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and may collect sales tax. We do not store your card number. Generation starts only after a paid webhook is verified. A demo checkout, when enabled, charges nothing and is labeled as a demo.

Refunds

We refund if the file doesn't work and can't be fixed, the product is materially not as described, or a duplicate charge. Email zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com with your order link and what went wrong. “Materially not as described” means we didn't deliver a working song and gift page built from the story you submitted. A song that plays, follows that story, and simply isn't to your taste is what the included new version is for.

Your story

You confirm you have the right to share the personal details you submit, and that the story does not ask for sexual content involving minors, sexual violence, hate, threats, or a real artist's voice or style. You give us permission to process the story to generate and host the song. You must not submit someone else's private information in order to harass them.

License

Copyright in AI-generated music is unsettled and also depends on the music provider's terms. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to download the file, play it, and share the gift page and reaction videos for personal gifting. Don't present the song as performed by a real artist. Don't use it in paid advertising without checking the music provider's license. Music may be generated by Google Lyria, ElevenLabs Music, or Stability AI Stable Audio, depending on which keys this deployment has. Those providers' terms govern their output. Confirm commercial-use rights with the provider you enable before you rely on them. This site does not grant those rights by itself.

The gift link

The gift page is unlisted. Anyone with the link can open it. Share it only with people who should hear the song. We may remove a page that breaks these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as available. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for more than the amount you paid for the order, except where the law does not allow that limit. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, aside from rules that would pick another place's law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes when we do. A purchase is covered by the terms shown at checkout.
